The Wedding of Keirstin Rodman and Adam Smith

We recommend arriving at 2:00pm, the ceremony will begin at 3:00pm.  After the ceremony we will have the reception at the same location, you will not need to drive to a second location. The main course will be served at 4:30pm. Clean up will begin at 8:00pm.

 The ceremony and reception will take place at the Rancho Buena Vista Adobe, the address is 

640 Alta Vista, Vista, California 92084. 

Parking is located at the Civic Center across the street. Street parking is also available. 

Formal attire for winter is encouraged. This will be an outdoor wedding and there will be uneven ground. Dress warmly and wear appropriate shoes as there will be uneven brick walkways and grassy areas you may need to walk through. We will have canopies and heat lamps to help keep everyone warm and comfortable.

Snacks and a pretzel bar will be available after the ceremony. We have a caterer providing the main course so it's important we know how many people will be joining and their food preferences. The options are: Chicken, Fish, or Vegetarian. 

We will have a play area for kids to enjoy and some games available for them to play with. Parents are more than welcome to hang out with the kids or just check in on them. We have some family friends available to keep an eye on them if any parents would like to step away. During the ceremony, we ask any restless children to be brought to the play area or indoors as not to disrupt.

The best present you can provide is your presence at the wedding! If you don't feel comfortable arriving empty handed, cards with well wishes would be a welcome gesture. 

At each table we will be providing disposable cameras. Please take plenty of photos and once the camera is loaded, return to the designated box. We will have those photos developed and upload them onto this website a month after the wedding. Feel free to download the candid moments! We will leave them up until the end of the year.
